3) Please send U.S. Funds in the form of Cash(Euros also accepted), Check, or 
   Money Order made payable to Clawfoot Productions.

4) Your membership will begin once your payment has been received AND 
   cleared.  You will be emailed your membership ID so please provide a 
   valid email address below.
